I got the box they sent to send the xbox in but my xbox 360 works now. I don’t see a way to cancel the repair on the site.

i had an array of dots going across the screen. ****TO SOLVE PROBLEM**** – the towel method did work (only for 15 minutes) – i had to send it in to Microtits (microsoft). I got it back within 2-3 weeks instead of 4-6 weeks like they said how long it would take
How many people still have problems with their Xbox 360 Elite ’till this day?
1. When will Microsoft ever fix this situation?
2. Why have there not been any lawsuits over this? Someone needs to step up and take action against Microsoft.
So today is May 21, i sent my Xbox 360 in for repair May 16. How long will it take for Microsoft to recieve my Xbox? How long will it take to repair the console once they receve it? And once they ship it back to me, how long will it take to recieve my xbox back? Any answes would be greatly appreciated.
Microsoft is sending me a box so they can fix my Xbox 360 because it barely reads discs anymore. Does anyone know how long a repair typically takes?
