How do I track my Xbox 360 repair on UPS?

I have the tracking number, but it seems as if I was given the same number as another shipment, because it says the package was delivered on March 23rd, but I sent it yesterday, August 7th? Is there another method/number I should be using?

UPS Signature Required for Xbox 360 Repair?

On xbox repair website, it doesn’t say anything about a required signature, but under tracking info on UPS website, it says:
"Special Instructions:
SIGNATURE REQUIRED"

Does it matter who gives the signature? If no one is home at time of delivery, then does UPS deliver another day?
