i have the three red rings and i want to do the advance exchange repair thing but i just dont know what it is

ok so i have had this problem on my xbox 360 where every game i put in it it doesn’t read it and says open tray and the revving sound that goes on when a game starts to run only does it for 2 seconds. so it has been this way for a while now and i have try ed everything cleaning it out from the inside and lightly cleaning the laser’s lens and the games vacuum. so can anyone help me or at least tell me how it get help?
PS:please only answer if you can really help me and if you can do so!

i have a 360 with a 20 gb hard drive that has valuable gaming stuff on it. when i send my box in to Microsoft for repair, do i keep the hard drive with me, or send in in with the xbox? any insight on this is greatly appreciated.

I have a problem with my xbox 360. Whenever I try to load up the console and start playing games, it would restarts by itself. Upon restarting, It just go to the dashboard and the dvd tray won’t eject anymore and the power button just keeps on flashing as if you were ejecting the dvd tray. What seems to be the problem of my console. It also displays on the dashboard that the dvd is an unplayable disc. Any way of fixing this without sending it in?
ive had it for two years and my warranty ran out.
