I just called and they will be receiving my xbox 360 because of the red ring. I got the E 73 error. So the question is that i heard that not only do they repair the console, but they also give you one month free of xbox live. Is this true?
Yes, it is true. I sent my 360 in just over a year ago and they gave me a free code for Xbox Live for a month.

yeah i got the e 74 error same thing. and they sent me a month of live to cover the month that i didnt have an xbox.
