Okay so I sent it in my xbox 360 for repair around two weeks ago. I used their prepaid shipping label and it only took three days to get from Massachusetts(I live around Boston) to Mesquite, Texas(repair center). Now they are already shipped the package on the 4th of March. It still says in transit to Chelmsford, MA(not where I live, but where most packages first arrive).UPS says its scheduled to arrive on the 11th. I was wondering if Microsoft may have delayed the shipping of my package because it only took three days to get to the repair center and now its allegedly taking seven days to get back. Did Microsoft purposely delay the shipment of my package?

I sent my broken xbox 360 (3 red rings) to be repaired under warranty. i sent it off about 2 weeks ago, and the repair status on the website is still "waiting for arrival at repair facility". ive heard about this happening due to that they dont update it very often, and i sent it away during the xmas holiday season but it said 2 – 3 weeks and its coming up on 3 weeks. what is the likelihood that it has been lost in postage, or when can i expect it to be back?
also i live in sydney in australia, and sent it reply paid to some address in chullora.

A friend gave me a 360 he was going throw it away becuase it wont read a disk. i called the tech line and they said 0 i know thats still cheap to pay for a 360 but im trying to go bargain basement. im pretty knowledgable about electronics I just dont knwo where to go with this one. Is there a site that has repair parts or manuals?
