Called a few times to microsoft and all they telling me is they haven’t recieved my console. However, I checked my repair status online, and it says Current Status : invalid tracking number.
This is what happened I filled out a repair form and cancelled it because I was trying to choose the best shipping options. So I then I filled out another form. Received 2 emails from them with two different repair order numbers. I called Microsoft to figure which is the correct one. So it was taken care off. I went to the post office and sent it thru priority mail instead of UPS. The lady that worked their says she can do it for 10 bux. So I put the shipping lable on it and it was on its way. A week and few days later after I sent it, my status remains the same. Did I make a mistake with the Request Order Number? Is that what the ( Invalid tracking number is ?) I didn’t put and insurance on it when I send the xbox 360 chancing that nothing will go wrong lol. I have no idea what the Invalid tracking number is , could some1 help me out with this. ASAP. I’m frustrated.
