I’ve lost about 3 months of xbox live from 2 different gamertags because my 360 broke, and MS’s incompetency had be calling them back 3-4 times becasue a shipping label never came… Could I demand compensation, and how might I go about doing such?
Just dont back down when talking to them you paid them money for their service and you should get that service uninteruppted. Ask for a higher up person than the one on the phone and threaten to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau
A friend of mine went through the same thing he just called costumer service and complained enough and they gave him free live for the amount of time he lost.
Yeah, you can ask for compensation. Just write an email and explain how crappy the service has been. Tell MS how many times the 360 had to be fixed, how it took a long time to get it back, etc. Basically complain about everything that went wrong.
For that probably, just call them and sound real angry =P
