the problem is either happening because the disc is realy dirty or some bodys messing with the controler and pressing
[A] and that opens the xbox 360 disc tray or of course your xbox 360 is just scrued up and you need to get it fixed.
ok i think i know is their anything on the bottum of disk tray like sticky or anything like that if thats not the case adjust you disk tray to the left a bit or to the right a bit
r u pressing the open tray cause i see your controll on just curios my brother did it to me 1 time and mae me call microsoft but it was really him the whole time
i know how, i thing mabey the disk reading mechanism is eather dusty or mabey fell in the wrong place, eather way you have to take a look, look on other videos on you tube on how to disasemble an x box, easiest way is to look up how to fix a rrod, it will show you how to disasemble your x box without damaging it…………Your welcome

had the same problem right after mine fell and took out my PC XD (different story) i just took it apart (again) and took the motor and gear from my buddies… and my old parts still work in his once he took care of red rings of death (that’s why i got the elite)…. i dont know why but i think taking apart that mechanism helps… but if happened again i would have it sent in… they fix/clean/replace everything needed
How is it difficult to set up? Have you even got one? 360 has way more problems than PS3, espesh the earlier models.

I’ve had that happen once. But the disk tray wouldn’t stay closed at all. So I unpluged it from the back of the console wile it was on. And it seemed to fix the problem
that happened to my first 360. and not to much later the 360 got the red rings.
but you prolly jus need a new disk drive.
youll need to replace the one thats in the 360. check for videos on how to fix or change your disk drive

Dude are you serious? the PS3 has the most problems out of any console and is the most difficult to set up.
