I might buy a ps3 and i want to know if anyone has had mechanical problems with it or if it won’t break for a long time. I will NEVER buy an xbox 360 because i know they break after 2 months. so please tell me about the ps3′s problems (if it has any). Thank you
no, actually the PS3 is pretty good…of course like every console it has a couple flaws that people might not like but thats personal opinion. I think the PS3 is waaay better than xbox anyday, not only do you get a game console but you also get a blu-ray player for the same price, and free online gaming, not like xbox where u have to buy online gaming cards. plus if your worried about it breaking down, just get an extended warranty for it and you should be good as long as you dont damage it on purpose.
All the current gen consoles have some flaws, but the failure rate has always been low for the ps3. It has been reduced even more with the slim version.
However what you mentioned about the Xbox just isn’t true. Some experience such failures yes, but it has been improved a lot and Microsoft has the best warranty of the 3.
I had problem with a game getting stuck inside the machine, and the ps3 not wanting to turn on. I had to buy a new one cause my warrant was up.
ps3 has no problems what so ever!
If you are worried about the slim overheating don’t be i left it on for 9 hours XD
xbox will break on you my cousins just broke so now he switched to ps3.
when the 1st ps3 where released they had a 60gig version which had ps2 compatability but this had technical problems and now this model has been removed from the market.
sony are smart if its not working take it off the market, microsoft should follow this….
