I got the box they sent to send the xbox in but my xbox 360 works now. I don’t see a way to cancel the repair on the site.

  1. Technically you don’t have to do anything. The repair will automatically cancel after a certain amount of time if they have not received the system. (I think that it is 30 days but I am not positive.)

I do however agree that you should probably go ahead and send it in. I have had 5 dead XBOXs (yes I know that it seems to stupid to keep getting a system that keeps dying my my husband is a XBOX fanatic.) Once something begins to go wrong, it is a slippery slope and you don’t want to wait until the warranty is out to have it fully crash.

The only major exception that I can think of is if you had the RRoD just because the power brick was acting funny. If this was the reason for the repair then IMHO you don’t have any need to send it off.

When you do send it, remember don’t send them ANYTHING except the console. No cables, disks, controllers and especially not the HDD. You WON"T get them back if you do.

  2. XBOX 360 phone number to repair center, call them and tell them you got the box to work no need for the repair.

    Direct dial: (425) 635-7180

  3. i would sent it in just because once it does it will happen agian call 1800 4 my xbox
