got to xboox.com and go to repair status and put in the ticket number they gave you.
18004myxbox call and ask them you should have your serial number or your reference number. We have been through 9 consoles like that before also for the 3 flashing red lights.
When i got the red ring of death and sent it back, it took about 3 from the day the shipping box arrived to the day it came back. UPS will call and let you know that a package is coming and someone of age has to sign for it. they extended the warranty to 3 years so you are covered.
