How does the Xbox 360 repair work?

Im telling you right now, I don’t want Microsoft to send me some stupid refurbished or used console. I want my own one. Please don’t tell me they do that. P.S. Would it be cheaper to just buy a new Arcade instead of the .99 repair. Thanks.

It depends what kind of repair you need. I think its better to just repair your xbox by yourself or send it to microsoft.
I suggest you get a new one and take better care of it (not that I know that you broke it or anything…) Things that evade the ring of death would be preventing to put your Xbox on a closed place, trying to keep it cool, or evading to get it really hot. Other than that, don’t move the system we it’s playing a game… otherwise it will scratch it.
P.S The Arcade can replace an xbox but I’m not sure if it replaces the capabilities of an Elite.
