Hello, i live in NZ (Auckland) and my xbox360 had the red ring of death and i called them up and they said to send it to them, a place in Auckland so does anybody know how long everything will take (i used the free post)

It really depends on how many consoles they have to fix. Remember that you wouldn’t be the only person sending in your 360 so it depends how fast their service is. I’m guessing it will take up to a week to fix it and then maybe a day or two to get it sent back.
Give it one or two weeks until you get it back and if the wait is any longer than 2 weeks then contact them and asl what is going on.
