The UPS guy picked up my xbox with 3 red rings of death today. WHEN WILL I GET IT BACK!
It should take about 2-3 weeks like they estimate, unless you specifically asked for a new Xbox, if you ask for a new Xbox it takes about 1.5 weeks. I have had to send my Xbox in 2 times, and am packing it up for the 3rd time now!!
I got mines back for just 1 week. I guess it all depends where you live.
