So today is May 21, i sent my Xbox 360 in for repair May 16. How long will it take for Microsoft to recieve my Xbox? How long will it take to repair the console once they receve it? And once they ship it back to me, how long will it take to recieve my xbox back? Any answes would be greatly appreciated.
Most people that I have seen has taken 7-21 days total time.
Ground shipping takes about 5-6 biz days each way. Xbox will only have it for a couple days before they ship it back.
depends how far you had to send it i sent mine dec 23 mail and MICROSOFT were closed on 25,26,27,28 &jan1 cause of holidays and weekend yet is still got it back on the 3rd
mine took 6 days, including the weekend
