if you can setup the repair online it costs around £68 or you can do it over the phone which is about £85, either way it will come with 12months warranty.
Before you send it off makes sure to try all the different video connections available to be sure it’s the xbox. I know there’s a current problem with some HDMI video/audio connections so if you’re using that try the component connectors instead.
