i am not trying to get to XBOX live cuz thwt works fine. the problem is, connecting the 360 to the back of the computer for pictures and stuff. it cant connect cuz it says it has IP address problems. how do i fix it so i can get pics from my computer?
It is normally security settings. Because there are a lot of different issues around how to fix it, you need to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
my son in law had the same problem he called xbox customer service and the told him how to connect correctly, he problem is how you have it connected.
