My mom dropped my Xbox 360 and the pieces fell off all over the place, I put it back together but the gray part that protects where the hard drive goes is broken. The xbox works but not when i try to plug my hard drive in. Where can I get this fixed and how? Thanks

  1. It depends on if you still have warranty on it.

I dropped mine and the whole bottom USB port cracked and I got a new one, or maybe they just fixed that part, not sure.

Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and tell them about it, see if your warranty is still up, and see if they will send you a new one or fix it.

  2. well it depends on whats happened to it i suppose if its a few scratches then no if its cracked yeah and how long you had it matters aswell.

  4. yes its called referbishing if u go to a special place they will take a x box 360 that doesnt work but the shell thing that covers the drive looks good theyll just transfer the good Machine to the good Outer shell of the x box 360

  5. This site might be able to help you out with that.
