ok so my 360 isnt getting any red rings or anything,
it just refuses to read any discs, trust me ive tried everything
anyway i went online to repair my xbox
and it says enter your windows live id
and i can not remember it at all, i cant remember the screen name
or the password idk what to do

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to help you. You need that email address and password to access your information and register for a repair. Xbox support can’t even tell you it.
