my 360 worked perfectly fine yesturday and then today all of a sudden the picture doesnt show, only sound comes out. i had it connected to a reciever and it worked perfectly fine yesturday. i made sure the connections were in right and i also tried plugging the 360 directly to 3 different tv’s. i bought a new AV HD cable to see if that was the case but still no picture just sound. what can i do? what is the problem?
Did you make sure that the switch is on HD and not SD? Are the cables plugged in tightly?
call the company and you’ll have to send it in and get it fixed………..1-800-myxbox
As of this christmas Xbox extended every Xbox 360 owner’s warnte by one year. this actuly happend to me i called them a 1800-4myxbox they told me to send it in with no hardrive attached. Withen 5 days they had a completly new consol sent back. I am very pleased with there coutumer service.
