I’m still deciding whether to get a PS3 or Xbox 360, but the technical problems that seem to plague the 360 worry me. Can anyone who has had a problem with it share their experience and more importantly how Microsoft dealt with it? Thanks.

microsoft is makin longer warranties so buy it, better graphics btw
i have had the worst experience with an xbox 360 ever!
later i returned it and got my money back and then bought a ps3 that was the best i could do in my hole gaming life 
it started one day, i have just recieved it, very excited but being very carefull with the unboxing. finally set everything right i had the same the recieved chrome hounds and ofcourse i were gonna play that. put in the gaming! everything is acting normal and then suddenly i experience my first problem!! slow movie in game not a vital problem but still!
get into game and begin to play the training for about 10 minutes and then boom it freaks out and everything goes physcho in panic i remove the cd and get back into dashboard and guess what. the problem is also in dashboard i had to restart to make it go away. i tried again 3 or 4 times! just the same
PS. i only had the xbox for a week!!!!!!!!!!!!
