hi there,
i have been closely following these console wars and all consoles are good i must say. i’m tightly under budget so i cannot afford the 2. from what i read i seem to like the xbox 360 cos of its hi relevance to my needs e.g. why pay for wireless adaptor when i have no broadband or wireless internet 
. i have waited all this while to finally make a dicission on buying one of the consoles ps3 or 360. my question is
1. are new xbox 360 consoles being shipped this time still having the dreaded problems?
2. are 360 with manufacture dates later than say july 2007 still having problems
i’m saying this because i will relocate my console to a location where its going to be difficult shipping it back if its faulty.

I know they will most likely charge for repairing consoles with warranties that are void but im not sure if they will accept the repair request in the first place.
