Putting a Fan on top of the XBOX360 GPU Heatsink. Do NOT install this Kit if your XBOX360 is already Modded (mods like added fans or lights /splicing, soldering, or adding wires to the motherboard etc). If you have an intercooler attached to the back of the XBOX360, remove it.

I recently scored a few bargains on some faulty consoles from Ebay and thought it might be fun to document the process of trying to get them running again. First off I’m going to try and get this red ring of death Xbox 360 running. I paid a grand total of £14 for it (that includes shipping) and the goal is to have it repaired/restored and sold on again at a profit. Since it’s an older console I’m also kinda hoping that it hasn’t been updated in a few years and is JTAG exploitable. It’s a VERY slim shot but If it is exploitable then it will be worth considerably more than a regular 360. I won’t know until I get it working again so I suppose that adds to the fun :) . I’ll update with new videos as I progress through the repair (successful or not). I also have a faulty Sega 32x due to a arrive soon ;-) Thanks for watching!

This is the BEST and most FASTEST way to fix your scratched game discs. I use Black Ops as an example, just for the stereotypical sense it’s important. I hope this works for you!

this is how to fix the unreadable disc error when your legit games work, but the backed up ones dont. THIS IS FOR FLASHED 360S ONLY. my xbox 360: ms25 samsung drive flashed, 2006 model, av model, floating gpu heatsink, penny fixed for rrod, 20gb hard drive, NOT BANNED YOU HAVE TO DO THIS TRICK EVERY TIME for any back up to work if you have this problem…

My xbox 360′s disk drive has stopped spinning and Microsoft wants me to pay 100 bucks to fix the thing. Any other fixes besides me having to buy a new dvd drive and hack it?
