I have had my Xbox 360 for about a year now but lately I’ve been having some problems with some discs.
Last Sunday my friend came over with two brand-new games. Call of Duty: World at War and Gears of War 2. Excitedly we put in Gears 2 and played for a few hours. We then put in Call of Duty and played a couple levels of co-op.
After the few levels we put in Gears and played a little more… my friend went home and left the two games at my house because he had gotten the "red rings".
I then put in Call of Duty…. that’s where the problems begin.
My 360 started making these weird loud "Eheheheeer" noises, and said the disc was an "Unplayable Disc"
That happens every single time I put in Call of Duty. I know it’s not because it’s dirty or damaged, because it IS brand-new.
Note: Gears of War 2 works perfectly without noises.
Note: This happens occasionaly with some other games, but usually starts working after a few tries.
Thanks for all the answers,
Orian
My Xbox is on laying flat on the ground. Has been for awhile now.
