Some people, including myself, have experienced a problem with the XBox 360 headsets where the microphone will work, but no sound comes out of the headphone (speaker). The problem is related to the game and not the drivers. It’s present on PC (Ati & Nvidia), PS3 and Xbox360 versions. The developers are aware of the problem and are working on it : bit.ly
