PLEASE HELP! I have tried contacting xbox customer service and no luck….. if you know how to fix this please help

All I did was load my last game save, then all of a sudden it froze! Right when I bought 2 new games recently my 360 decides to mess up again on me. These things hate me! No red lights yet, thank god!

I turn on my xbox and the screen turns white but it still loads everything the color is just not comein up and it freezes when it loggs me in. i tried pulling wires a few times and it goes back to its normal state after a few restars but just watch videoa nd leave a comment =============================================================================== NOT SOLVED

This is one of the most important issue of the new xbox 360 slim. This has nothing to do with scratched discs. Some “fat” 360s have the same problem. THIS IT IS NOT NORMAL!!! MICROSOFT IS GOING TO RELEASE A 4GB 360 SLIM “ARCADE” SO YOU CAN’T INSTALL GAMES ON IT!!!
