Hey, I called xbox support for shipping and stuff for the red ring of death. How do i send it in. I got an email from Microsoft with a UPS shipping receipt and I was wondering what you write on the box and what you put into the box other than console its self?

I sent it off to germany via the ups and it arrived there on sunday/monday 1st of august how long would it take to fix and send back. My xbox 360 had the one red light with E73 error message.

The UPS guy picked up my xbox with 3 red rings of death today.
WHEN WILL I GET IT BACK!

UPS picked up my xbox 360 on the 27/02/08 how long does it take to repair and return it. its at the repair center in havant, i live in london, it took two days to get there, but how long now its there.

my xbox disc reader laser thing died, so I called up xbox.
they said they’d sent me things through email about my free repair.
why isn’t the "Retrieve Your UPS Returns Label" link working? it’s been 2 days!

On xbox repair website, it doesn’t say anything about a required signature, but under tracking info on UPS website, it says:
"Special Instructions:
SIGNATURE REQUIRED"

Does it matter who gives the signature? If no one is home at time of delivery, then does UPS deliver another day?

My boyfriend recently sent off his xbox 360 to get it repaired. This is the second time they’ve sent it back with the red lights still coming on. The first guy he talked to said it may be the power source. It currently lights up orange, which I know means stand by, but nothing else happens. He told him to send that along with the xbox when he shipped it, yet another woman told him not to worry about it. The xbox is still messed up and the power still shows orange. We’re looking into buying an additional power source from ebay to see if that may be the problem. What’s the chances that xbox would send it back TWICE without it working? Do you think it could be the power source causing all the problems?
We sent the same xbox to them twice. Each time it has come back with the 3 red lights. Why couldn’t they have fixed it either time?
^^Sent it to Xbox^^ they sent the UPS box and we shipped it out. We did not use a random person to fix it.

On the ups tracking page it says "delivered" but I dont know how to check the repair status. please tell me. tthanks

Today it is saturday. I sent it to the repair center in texas on monday. I live in maine, and I was wondering if anyone has any idea how long delivery and repair should take. It ships with UPS. I was hoping for someone with experience with UPS/Xbox repair to give me some information, but anyone can help.

My xbox 360 broke just yesterday so today i phoned the support number and told them about it and eventually i got an email with a return label etc to put on my package.
My question is, do i have to buy/find a box to put my xbox in or when i arrange a pickup with UPS will they provide me with one?
i live in the uk
