My Xbox 360 repair was finished on 11-16-2008, ever since that time the status on my xbox support page has said the console is being shipped back to you. However it provides me with no tracking number. When I call 1-800-4MYXBOX they provide me with a tracking number that doesn’t work, which makes me think my repaired box is just sitting there with a label but hasnt been picked up…which is very frustrating. How long will my console sit there with a label waiting to be picked up by UPS?
