Hello

I have sent my Xbox 360 in for repair.

I live in England, UPS tracking website say my Xbox has been ‘returned to shipper’ in Eastleigh, GB on 16th October.

However, when I check the status on the Xbox 360 website, it says, ‘# Repair Status: Waiting for Device at Service Center ‘.

It has said this since I sent my Xbox in for repair. It is now the 18th October today, 7.15pm.

Has anyone had any experience of how this system works? And what is the reason for the delay on the website?

I have not contacted MS yet, but I will do tomorrow if the site still claims to be waiting for my device to arrive.

Thanks for your advice

Karim
It can’t be the wrong address

I was sent a label/sticker to put on the box so it must be the right address

# Repair Status: Device Received at Service Center

hello i sent in my xbox on Monday and according to ups the Xbox repair center got it Tuesday anyway it is Saturday and Xbox.com is telling me they are still waiting for my console even though they already got it so what can i do?? should i just wait??? also about how long will it take for me to get it back???

i sent my 360 in for repair last week and i’ve been tracking it on the xbox.com website it says "WAITING FOR DEVICE AT SERVICE CENTER" and then i tracked it on the ups.com website and it said this: "THE RECEIVER REQUESTED A HOLD FOR A FUTURE DELIVERY DATE. UPS WILL ATTEMPT DELIVERY ON DATE REQUESTED" and i was kind of confused of what it means. (the second quote)

Right i sent my 360 off for repair, and it says on ups that it has been recieved by microsoft, but i go on xbox.com and it says they are still waiting to recieve it, whats going on should i be worried bout this?

About two weeks ago, I sent my Xbox 360 to Microsoft to get fixed. 6 days later, I recieved an E-mail telling me that they had recieved my Xbox 360, and that I would recieve an E-mail when the repair was complete. The next day I went on Xbox.com to check my repair status and it said that the device had been repaired or replaced and that they were shipping it back to me. 3 days later I went on the website to check my repair status again, and instead of saying I was on step 4 of the process, my repair status says "No Pending Repair". What does that mean for me? I checked on UPS.com to check the status of my package and it only had information as to the day they dropped the empty box to my house.
