heres how to fix your XBOX 360 from overheating. Microsoft wanted 0 buckaroo’s to fix it. Well i did it myself. I took off some of the plates and used my air compressor in my garage. Blew out all of the dust which was “ALOT” and for over two and a half months have not had the problem. Dont wrap a towl around the system that will help but it actually breaks the system and brings on the Red Ring Of Death much sooner!!!!!
I have performed plenty of searches in the past about this Xbox 360 problem. One so called fix that is still showing up quite often is the “towel fix”, where you wrap the Xbox in a towel. All this does is overheat the console to the point that it may start working again. You NEVER want to do this as other people may suggest. This will DESTROY the Xbox permanently.
