On xbox repair website, it doesn’t say anything about a required signature, but under tracking info on UPS website, it says:
"Special Instructions:
SIGNATURE REQUIRED"
Does it matter who gives the signature? If no one is home at time of delivery, then does UPS deliver another day?

YOU have to give the signature. If nobody is home, they will try to deliver it once more. If they can’t get it then, then you have to go to a UPS drop off point to pick it up. If you don’t pick it up in seven days, then you lost your xbox
