why isn’t the "Retrieve Your UPS Returns Label" link working? it’s been 2 days!
Call them back and tell them the link is not working. Ask for them to send you an empty box with pre-made return labels inside. That’s what they did for me in the first place when mine died. I never had to deal with printing my own labels.
