I have been checking my console repair status daily for about 5 days and it says they are now finished repairing it. But then when I refreshed it later on during the day, everything went blank and it doesn’t show me any details except the Service Request Number. My repair status, console submitted for repair, and serial # are blank! The warranty picture is now green, not red. Is this normal?
It probably means that they shipped it off to you. You should be receiving your console shortly via UPS.
