Your mic is definitely broken.
Have you tried repetitively unplugging and replugging?(Im sure you have)
Happened to me before and now I have two mic’s.
Yes, the microsoft microphones (that’s rather catchy!) are flimsy, and do tend to break. As such, I’d recommend just going out and buying a new one, because for $20, it’s not that big of an issue.
Ok this happens a lot. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in a lot of times, if that does not work it can be the controller, that has happened to me, try a new controller, plug the mic into that and see what happens.
If those do not work get another mic, it doesn’t have to be microsoft either it could be like madcatz but microsoft is much better.
Same thing happened to be. You can’t fix it and its not gonna fix itself. I reccomend running out and just buying a new one for like $20.
Mics usually are problematic so I think that you should just get a new mic if your mic isn’t working.
