I turn on my xbox and the screen turns white but it still loads everything the color is just not comein up and it freezes when it loggs me in. i tried pulling wires a few times and it goes back to its normal state after a few restars but just watch videoa nd leave a comment =============================================================================== NOT SOLVED
Sounds like something could be wrong with your AV cables, and since it has its audio just fine, that means something’s up with the yellow one; or it could be the actual port on your TV. Just in case, try another input. If it’s not the AV cables AND/OR the port, then you might have to get it checked out again.

@Marialonzo even if i unplug the wires and plus them back in it still has grey screen but sometimes it has it in color and it dont do the frozen white / grey screena nd i can play games fine with xbox live
