Arcade: $279.99

The new models manufactured are said to be better then the early generation of them. Meaning they have a less likelihood of malfunctioning. But compared to the other systems out there, it still has a good chance of RROD.
I would get the premium model. The 20gb hard drive should be plenty to store all of your saves and downloads. The elite just has a ton more memory and it’s black. But if you plan on using it as a media center to store all of your music and stuff, go for it.
I know I hate the RROD I got it like 4 or 5 times so I bought an xbox 360 elite which costs bout $450 and never had a problem yet has a larger hard drive to.
yea i got the Elite system its an extra 100 dollars and its worth it! Haven’t had a problem it also comes with a hard drive that normally costs around 200 dollars
There are three versions: The Arcade, Pro (also called the Premium), and Elite.
Arcade = $279.99 and includes xbox 360 console, wireless controller, 256 MB storage card, standard composite AV cables, and silver LIVE Membership
Pro = $349.99 and includes console, wireless controller, 20 GB hard drive (which means you can play xbox games, since you have to have a hard drive to play original xbox games), headset, network cable, standard/HD cables, silver LIVE membership and one month free of GOLD.
Elite = $449.99 and includes black console, black wireless controller, 120 GB hard drive, black headset, network cable, standard/HD cables, HDMI cables, and silver LIVE membership and one month of gold.
Note: The Arcade and Pro have HDMI ports but do not come with HDMI cables. If you don’t get the elite (which comes with HDMI cables), you can still buy HDMI cables at like Gamestop or a place like that. I would get the elite though. You get the best picture and audio by using HDMI cables.
xbox 360 pro – $349.99 good system, i recommend it for starters
xbox 360 elite – $449.99 only better thing i see in it from pro is more memory
xbox 360 arcade- $279.99 if you like arcade games…
it might not be thorough the new xboxes IE last 18 months have supposedly fixed the rrod hope this helps
