Nope, PS3 wanted $160 to send it in and repair. I called them after I fixed my YLOD problem to cancel my repair. I finished my tutorial on how to fix the YLOD, take a look in my profile.

Well, mine does this occasionally as well. Its just a glitch in the software that freezes it. Its just like a computer. They make it better with every update.

It happens when the xclamp on the xbox flexes the motherboard during operation of the system. When the system cools, it flexes just a bit, and since they use lead free solder in the design, during flex, you get a hairline crack in your GPU/CPU, giving your xbox the RROD… The Xclamp is faulty. I am making another video on how to fix that as well.
