yea my xbox has the red ring of death and i sent it in and i keep checking my repair status the console has been received and it says repair in progress so its been saying this for about 3-4 days so about how long will it say this

They should send it back between 3-5 weeks.
A friend of mine said, 4-6 weeks. But another got his back in about 2. Just depends on how busy it is.
well what you could of done to try to fix the red ring of death was to unplug all the cords from the xbox 360, wait a while, then put them all back in….worked for me, haven’t had any more.
Ok dude. dont worry about this. u keep on checking it thats why. so ya. if u keep on doing it, u will start to worry and then start to think about it. just let MS do their thing and let them fix it. trust me, ur xbox willl return to u by a week.
I had the same thing happen to me about 1/2 year ago, and WHAT’D YA KNOW! It happened again last night. So I just requested a repair coffin, so I’ll pretty much be in your shoes soon enough, but the last time this happened it took them 6 weeks to send it back to me. I live in MD and the repair center is in TX.
a friend of mine said a week and a half. Mine took about the same but this was a few years ago.
i sent mine in last tuesday and the status on the web says console repair in progress but it took like three days for them to get it and i live an hour from the repair center in TX
