My xbox 360 broke just yesterday so today i phoned the support number and told them about it and eventually i got an email with a return label etc to put on my package.
My question is, do i have to buy/find a box to put my xbox in or when i arrange a pickup with UPS will they provide me with one?
i live in the uk

  1. I thought that microsoft in the US would provide boxes for shipping….

  2. Your going to need your own box. UPS doesn’t provide anything, your lucky its free pick up for a return label from Microsoft. regular pickup costs up to $50. You should be lucky enough for the free shipping, just go to usps and buy a $5 box.

  3. if you just complete a few quick tasks on this site they’ll send you an xbox 360, completely free of charge!!

  4. If you have the 3 red lights, they will provide a box and free shipping and everything. Thats only if youy have the 3 red lights, because you get a extended 3 year warranty. Hope this helped.

  5. Yes you will be shipped a box, do not send your xbox anywhere unless they send you a box with postage paid from ups. Inside of the box will be instructions for packing and shipping the box just follow those and you will be alright.
