Hey, my controller fell and the X button doesn’t work and the RB doesn’t work. When I shake the controller, i hear a rattling sound.
What im gonna do is buy another controller at a store…take it home…take the new controller and put the not working one in package, take it back, say it didn’t work properly, and get my money back. =P

can n e one help me please!i have done all the steps with taking the batteries out.cleaned everything. even bent those little stupid prongs to make the batteries work.still no luck.i try plugging in the charger and the light just comes on green saying its charged but the controller still will not turn on.i took it apart,theres no damage and when i put batteries in it with it apart the motherboard just gets really hot but wont turn on.does anyone have/had this problem and knows how to fix it?
