Ok, as of Saturday, my xbox 360 is constantly losing connection to xbox live. this forces us to have to go unplug everything, and wait a while, and then plug everything back in and turn it all back on. what the heck is causing this, and what can i do to prevent it?
It’s not your router. It’s actually Xbox Live. For the past few days the connection has been dwindling and I think about half an hour ago it snapped. Hopefully they are going to fix it.
This happened around 2-3 weeks ago where Xbox 360′s were constantly disconnecting for a lot of people. I tried to log on today and I am having the same problems so I’m sure it is not your router.. Maybe the 360 servers are going whack again.
Microsoft may be able to help. What you did has fixed mine so i don’t know but try microsoft.
well wireless if you have it is a problem it gets interrupted a lot so get wired ethernet plugs i have a wireless router and wired plug and its fine i don’t know if it could be a virus or your electricity i don’t know sorry>.<
Sorry I did not get back to you on your last question, , I take that means its a cable connection,I’d double check all the physical connections , I don’t own a game console , I use my PC for everything. my connection is wireless to the net, I think I’m trying tell say I don’t know. There is one thing you could consider….has anyone moved a microwave oven near to the computer …mess with mine ciao
